Domestic Orders: 1-48 sets - Priority Flat Rate Mail - shipped United Parcel Service.US $4.95 for up to 48 sets Guitar 6 strings or 6 sets Bass Strings. Ship via Priority Mail is included for all destinations in the USA. United States Postal Service Delivery to USA (includes APO, FPO) and Canadian destinations only. Shipments are made either by United States Postal Service First Class Mail or by Priority Mail depending upon weight. Transit time for this method of shipment is usually in the range of two to five working days.

49-up - UPS Ground – US For Any Size Order over 48 sets United Parcel Service Ground Delivery to continental USA destinations only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Transit time for this method of shipment is usually in the range of one to seven working days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays.

International Orders - Priority U.S.P.S. Flat Rate international. 1-12 sets $14.00 24-48 $32.50. Order 49-180 Flat Rate Box $53.95. Very large orders may involve additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted by email in the event that additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns and Warranty Policy - A full refund is available (less Shipping & Handling) for unopened merchandise in resalable condition that is returned within thirty days of the original invoice.
